Are you already using the new AdWords Extension called Review extensions?

Google recently added a new extension to their AdWords, it is called "Review extension". This extension allows to show accolades from third parties right in search ads.

 

Google  works with many third party review providers that are displayed as seller rating extensions, also known as golden stars, in the ads. In order to avail for this extension your account team will need to set you up for this.
